By using StillTune, you agree to these terms. StillTune is a hosting service that provides access to curated music from independent artists and affiliated production groups.
2. Our Role as a Host
StillTune acts as a platform to host and curate music. Content uploaded by artists is their own responsibility. Under “Safe Harbor” standards, we do not pre-screen all third-party content but will act immediately on valid reports.
3. Music Production
Music created by our affiliated production group (StillTune Productions) is created with AI assistance. These works are licensed specifically to the StillTune platform for your listening enjoyment.
4. Artist Requirements
Artists accepted to upload to StillTune must follow these simple rules:
Rights Grant
By uploading, you grant StillTune the right to host and play your music for our users worldwide. This allows us to promote and deliver your work through our service.
- You must be the rightful owner of the music.
- Public Verification Link: You must provide a link to a major public platform to confirm the music is cleared by global copyright systems.
- We reserve the right to remove music that does not meet our quality or legal standards.
5. Responsibility
StillTune is provided “as is”. As a host, we are not responsible for the background or conduct of third-party artists, but we will quickly address any valid legal reports regarding their content.
