1. Acceptance of Terms
By using StillTune, you agree to these terms. StillTune provides a web experience and mobile app for generative ambient sound, community Sound DNA presets, and related listening features.
2. About StillTune
StillTune generates calming soundscapes in real time from sound parameters rather than streaming fixed audio files. You may use StillTune for personal, non-commercial listening, relaxation, focus, and sleep support.
3. Accounts and Community Presets
An account is optional and is mainly used to save or share Sound DNA presets. If you publish a preset, you are responsible for its name and content, and you grant StillTune permission to host and show it inside the service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Publish unlawful, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or infringing content.
- Scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service.
- Bypass security, ads, access controls, or account limits.
- Use StillTune while driving or operating machinery.
5. Ads, Purchases, and Wellness
StillTune is currently free to use and supported by advertising. We do not currently offer subscriptions or in-app purchases. StillTune is a wellness and focus aid, not a medical device or treatment.
6. Responsibility
StillTune is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific wellness results, or that the service will always be error-free.
