These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the StillTune mobile application (“the App”) on iOS and Android. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
StillTune is a generative ambient sound app. It synthesizes calming soundscapes — drones, pads, bells, and nature textures — on your device in real time across relax, focus, and sleep modes, with an accompanying ambient visual. The App is currently free to use and supported by advertising. We are not currently offering paid subscriptions or in-app purchases.
An account is optional and only needed to save or share Sound DNA presets in the community. If you create one, you are responsible for:
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By creating one, you confirm that you meet this requirement. You may delete your account at any time — see our Support page.
The App lets you create and share “Sound DNA” presets — combinations of sound parameters and a name you choose. When you publish a preset, you grant StillTune a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and make it available to other users within the App. You retain ownership of the preset configurations you create.

We may remove any user content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You can report inappropriate presets from within the App.
The App, its generative audio engine, visuals, design, official presets, and branding are owned by StillTune and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the App without our explicit written permission. The soundscapes are generated for personal, non-commercial listening within the App.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not:
StillTune is a relaxation and focus aid, not a medical device or treatment. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Do not use the App while driving or operating machinery, and consult a qualified professional for any medical or sleep concerns.
StillTune is supported by third-party advertising through Google AdMob. By using it, you agree to the display of advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads. Ad targeting and delivery are governed by our advertising partners' own policies. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings.
StillTune does not currently offer paid subscriptions or in-app purchases. If paid features are introduced in the future, they will be clearly described in the App and processed through the applicable app store. We do not directly handle payment information.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to other users or the platform. You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account by contacting legal@stilltune.com or via our Support page. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted access. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or available at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StillTune shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
If you download the App from the Apple App Store, these Terms are between you and StillTune, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government restricted-parties list.
We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
